Delivery and returns

Whiskey and Wine Designs offer free postage within the U.K.

However, if you are local to us and wish to collect your purchase(s), this can be arranged and we will offer you a locals discount for collecting.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.  Please allow 5 working days for delivery.  If you require something more urgently please contact us - we will see what we can do.

We accept the return of items based on the following criteria below.

1, If a item is found to be faulty or damaged.

2, If you have changed your mind regarding a purchase, the item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery.  The goods will need to be complete, undamaged and with original packaging.

3, The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by you the customer unless agreed by Whiskey and Wine Designs prior to the return.  When returning, please take out adequate insurance to cover loss / damage.  In the instance that it is lost / returned damaged, no refund shall be given - you will have claim against your insurance.
